2. Installation and Delivery Services. To ensure safety and optimal performance, all our products must be professionally installed. Improper installation can void the warranty. Your dealer is your source for local codes and requirements, as well as evaluating the specific related conditions of your installation site.
3. Service after the Sale. If you have questions about the operation, warranty or maintenance of your hearth appliance at some point in the future, your local Vermont Castings dealer is the only one who will have the information and materials you will need. Vermont Castings, Majestic Products has no field service personnel and any necessary service work would be done only by our dealers. Be aware that our dealers are under no obligation to provide service or honor warranties for products not purchased from their businesses.
